Started off great with Robbie at the front desk. He has a great attitude and looks out to get you signed up for a great room at am awesome price. Kind courteous and perfessional. Look forward to coming back soon.

Stayed here last night. The rooms are clean but very outdated! The shower needs lots of maintenance as it shoots water from all sides. The service is great, just need to focus repairs. Also the location is away from everything. Which can be good or not so good.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Loved the size of the rooms and the full size refrigerator. The carpet is showing some wear, but the room is nice overall. The breakfast was great!

Absolutely love this location! Staff are friendly and helpful. Best hotel breakfast options I’ve ever had and I travel year round! Whipped cream cheese and orange marmalade for bagels; huge, fresh fruit, spicy crema limón sauce and a rotating potato and egg options. Above and beyond efforts to make my stay special and appreciated including a box of chocolates for Valentine’s Day!!! I love it here! Clean, spacious and safe!! Great view of the mountains!

Very happy with our room. No weird smells upon entering the building nor our room. To our surprise we had a kitchen. Very nice for long term stays. Our room was spacious and best of all I could smell the clean white linens in bedroom. Crispy clean beds and bathrooms. Seating was comfortable. Minimal pet hair found, but that should be expected in a pet friendly hotel. Thank you cleaning staff! Gym has more free weights than normal. Many options for breakfast. For being the same price as other hotels it is a much better value. Even parking was easy access and plentiful. Professional and courteous staff. Overall felt safe. Would definitely return. Hoping all a stay as pleasant and quiet as ours.

Let me first off say we love it here so much everything is clean organized and the staff are so friendly caring and very clean , Lidia and Robbie go above and beyond for evening they truly are a great team, we feel like family when we step in the front doors we have never had issue quite rooms close to town and great amenities. We love coming here and we love evening they have to offer fluffy beds and pillows makes you feel at home and prices won't break your bank breakfast is so good everything you need they offer great pool and did I mention jet bath tub it's plus and much needed to relax.

Booked this place for their spacious 2br suite. Front desk was respectful and helpful. Room was right next to the elevator with some noise because of it, but it was barely noticeable at sleep time. Both bedrooms are tidy. Nice size living room. Room is on the older side with some stains on sofa, but it was overall in acceptable condition. Breakfast was busy, this is mainly a family oriented hotel with their suites after all. Not super far from city center, 20-30 minute drive. If you want a huge suite with 2 bedrooms in Santa Fe that won’t break the bank, this is it.
